Abe Erb Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant originally founded by Rob Theodosiou in November 2014 in Uptown Waterloo. Named after Abraham Erb (1772–1830), founder of Waterloo. After closing all locations in October 2020 during COVID-19, the brand was revived by new owners and reopened in May 2021. Currently operates in Uptown Waterloo, Downtown Kitchener, and Ayr Village. Known for the bar made from charred beams of a St. Jacobs barn, craft beer, creative cocktails, and a full food menu.
