Kanellis, who immigrated from Greece, invested $250,000 to restore a historic late-1800s building formerly known as the Bridgeport Casino. Perched along the Grand River with a four-season atrium, it specializes in hand-carved prime rib and steaks. A family operation with sons Tom, George, and Gus involved in management and operations. Nearly five decades of service.
